Heat index values will peak near 100 this afternoon and evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Scattered thunderstorms are expected each afternoon and evening. These storms will be capable of producing lightning, localized gusty winds, and brief heavy rainfall. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
