Our snowy and cold winter has turned into a foggy and rainy spring. This is resulting in scenes like the featured photo courtesy of Scott Lincoln. Minor flooding occurred yesterday as an ice jam caused water to quickly rise. Ice jams were also reported in other parts of the state. More of these events are expected as heavy rainfall arrives today and into this weekend.
