...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM EDT FOR
WEST CENTRAL FAUQUIER AND NORTH CENTRAL RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTIES...
At 336 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that 2 to 4 inches of rain
fell within an hour across the warned area. The heaviest rain has
ended, but additional showers and possible thunderstorms are likely
late this afternoon.
The Rappahannock County 911 center reported that portion of US 522
near Huntly was closed due to high water.

Huntly.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
