For those of us stuck in the fog for the past day and a half, temperatures have not moved much. The featured trace for Ames shows all of a range of 6 degrees for temperatures since Saturday morning. Temperatures are expected to warm nicely into the 40s as a series of storm systems approaches the state this week. Heavy rainfall amounts are a possibility with flooding problems expected to begin as early as Tuesday.
