The featured map is COOP reported snow depths from Thursday morning showing plenty of snow yet to melt with depths around 20 to 30 inches in some areas. A slow snow melt is what we need as anything too quick would create a flooding. Sunny days with highs in the 30s are nearly perfect conditions until we get rid of more snow.
