The forecast for this week brings a very welcome stretch of warmer weather. The only problem is the potential for river flooding as the snow melts over a frozen ground, which gives it few options other than run into the nearest river. Unfortunately, the long term weather models continue to indicate a rather potent winter storm for this coming weekend, but let us enjoy the warmer weather first!
