Overnight temperatures this past weekend for folks in Northeastern Iowa have been much lower than any other part of the state. With a fresh snowfall on the ground, their skies have also cleared at night allowing temperatures to drop into the single digits. Whereas other parts of the state have remained cloudy and thus warmer.
