Whatever you want to call the remants of Hurricane Dennis has made it all the way to the Iowa/Illinois border but doesn't seem to be crossing it. The forecast doesn't bring it into Eastern Iowa either. Meanwhile, a front in NW Iowa will be able to kick off some isolated storms later this afternoon, but it won't be the widespread rain that we need.
