The end of April will certainly not feel like the end of April with high temperatures only in the 50s and lows in the 30s. This is not good weather for farmers who have already planted their corn, as the corn seeds will remain mostly dormant until the soil temperatures warm above 55 degrees. It will be hard for the soil to do that when the air temperatures aren't that warm.
