... it doesn't really feel like it. After a big snow storm dumped over a foot of snow in extreme Northern Iowa and Southern Minnesota last Friday, another storm system is parked off to our west but is having a difficult time dealing with the dry air from a Forster-like high to our east. This storm will mostly stay to our south leaving us with clouds and cool temperatures.
