NWS COOP snowfall depth reports this morning indicate a region of NW Iowa with over 6 inches of snow on the ground. Another storm system will be rapidly approaching Iowa today, but is not expected to produce heavy snowfall. The major impact will be the wind blowing around any snow that does fall.
