The overnight hours saw cloud cover increasing across most of the
region from the south. Temperatures as of one in the morning
ranged from 25 in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado to 45 in Oakley,
Kansas. Winds were generally calm.

OUTLOOK... The early morning hours are forecast to see showers and
storms near Central Kansas. The rest of the area is forecast to
start with partly cloud to mostly cloudy skies. Skies are expected
to clear from west to east during the day with temperatures
warming into the 60s. Winds are forecast to pick up later in the
day to 10 to 15 mph from the north. Tonight, skies are forecast to
be clear with winds from the west at 10 mph and temperatures
dropping into the 30s. Tomorrow, warm and sunny with temperatures
climbing into the 70s and 80s. Winds are forecast to shift to out
of the southwest at 15 to 25 mph. There is a low chance for a few
showers and storms north of the interstate late in the day.
