Low clouds still persist in the area, however the rest of the state is under clear skies. Temperatures were in the teens north and west to mid 20s across central and southern Iowa by late morning, with light west winds. This afternoon expect high temperatures to reach the upper 20s north to mid 30s south. Dry and mild conditions are expected again on Tuesday with highs in the low 40s expected across southern Iowa. By Wednesday another system brining freezing drizzle or light snow will impact eastern Iowa. Dry and mild conditions are then expected through the end of the week with highs in the 30s and lows in the teens and 20s. $$
