NWS storm survey found limited damage to limbs and one uprooted 
tree within the region where spotters reported debris and rotation.  
Path from spotters extended from Highway NN approximately 1 mile 
south of Diggins, crossing Highway 60 near Bonnet Road where debris 
blocked the Highway, ending approximately 3 miles northeast of 
Diggins near the James River. Wind speeds were estimated at 80 mph 
based off the uprooted tree. Width was estimated.
