...Summary...
A short lived and weak tornado associated with Tropical Depression
Florence touched down just south and southwest of the Wayne Executive 
Jetport. Damage consisted of several snapped and uprooted trees, and 
minor structural damage to a home.

NOTE: An aerial survey was conducted on this storm during the 
afternoon of September 18th. The National Weather Service Raleigh 
would like to thank everyone involved on this survey, especially
Wayne County Emergency Management and Wayne County Sheriff's Office
Aviation Unit, who provided a great deal of guidance and resources 
into this survey.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
