SURVEY SUMMARY: 

The tornado began just southwest of the Highway 109-Hart Huckeby
Road intersection over western Union county where it below over 
a semi tractor trailer, causing minor injuries to the driver. 
As the tornado tracked northeast, it uprooted or snapped dozens
of trees and blew over several power poles. On Morganfield- 
Raleigh Road, the tornado blew a car and trailer upside down, as 
well as partially blowing over a a semi trailer used for storage. 
As the tornado progressed northeast, it partially de-roofed a farm
building off of Highway 948. The tornado track ended near Highway
130, NNW of Morganfield. The tornado was widely seen and videoed 
by local residents.
