The National Weather Service, with support and assistance from
the Miami County Emergency Management Agency, confirms a very 
brief, and weak tornado touched down just south of Ohio 718 
destroying an outbuilding and causing damage to several trees. The
outbuilding was completely destroyed, with part of the structure 
landing on an adjacent garage. Parts of the tin roofing were 
strewn into adjacent properties and across Ohio 718. A photograph 
taken near the damaged location shows a funnel cloud extending 
nearly to the ground, and eyewitness reports from an adjacent 
residence confirm a brief touchdown and lofting of debris.

Miami County Emergency Management Agency for their assistance in
this survey. 

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF0...Weak......65 to 85 mph
EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph
