...Summary...
A circulation developed within a quasilinear convective system
and produced a brief tornado near Highway 72 in far eastern
Abbeville County, which continued to produce damage into far
western Greenwood County.  A number of large pine trees had their
trunks snapped, while others were uprooted.  The metal roof of a
barn was partially torn off, and a metal door on the same barn
was pushed inward.

...Summary...
Another circulation developed a few minutes later, further north
along the same QLCS. This produced a tornado in a residential
neighborhood along Deadfall Road West, north of the city of
Greenwood.  Large limbs were broken off several trees, and at
least two other trees were uprooted.  One home experienced minor
roof damage.

EF Scale: The Enhanced Fujita Scale classifies tornadoes into the
following categories:

EF1...Weak......86 to 110 mph
EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
