SURVEY SUMMARY:

A weak EF0 tornado caused sporadic damage along its half mile 
path across Clinton County.  Video and eyewitness reports along 
with damage to soybeans and a few trees confirmed a tornado 
with peak winds of 65 MPH. 

EF SCALE: THE ENHANCED FUJITA SCALE CLASSIFIES TORNADOES INTO THE
FOLLOWING CATEGORIES BASED ON THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.
