...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR JULY 19TH, 2018 TORNADO EVENT...

Two brief tornadoes touched down over Van Buren County on the 
evening of July 19th as a supercell thunderstorm moved across
the county. These tornadoes produced EF-1 damage to large farm 
outbuildings and equipment. Damage to crops and trees was also noted.

several large farm outbuildings and equipment. Corn crop
damage was also found.

An EF-1 tornado damaged a small farm outbuilding and tracked through
a corn field and trees, finally ending and destroying a large
historic stone barn.

FOLLOWING CATEGORIES BASED ON THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE.
