.DISCUSSION...
Rangeland fire danger remains in the low category for today. Winds
will be breezy today from the south southwest, especially after
9 am. Expect sustained winds of 15 to 18 mph with gusts up to 30
mph in the afternoon. Winds will relax after 6 pm to 5 to 10 mph.
Minimum relative humidity will be at 45 to 50%. An inversion
during the early morning hours will result in poor smoke dispersal
until the afternoon hours when mixing heights rise to around
2,000 ft. Have a good burn.
Strongest Possible Wind Speeds on Day of Burn: 15 to 18 mph
sustained winds with isolated gusts up to 30 mph.
Lowest Possible Relative Humidity on Day of Burn: 45 to 50%
