* THUNDERSTORMS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE
  EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. CONDITIONS ARE
  FAVORABLE FOR NUMEROUS STORMS TO PASS OVER THE REGION WHICH WILL
  ENHANCE THE HEAVY RAIN THREAT. SOME LOCATIONS MAY RECEIVE 2 TO
  4 INCHES OF RAINFALL...WHICH MAY OCCUR OVER VERY SHORT TIME
  PERIODS.

* SIGNIFICANT PONDING OVER LOW LYING AREAS AND FLASH FLOODING ON
  SMALL STREAM BASINS MAY OCCUR.
