Eastern Orange County in southeastern Texas... * Until 300 AM CDT. * At 1254 AM CDT, National Weather Service Doppler radar and surface observations indicated extreme winds, associated with the eyewall of Hurricane Laura, were moving onshore along a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Rockefeller Wildlife Range to Thornwell to Westlake to NEAR Port Arthur, moving north at 20 mph.
