.DISCUSSION...GOES total precipitable water imagery shows the
drier air mass over southeast Texas into the northern Gulf down
to the Mid-Coast region, while the higher moisture axis with
precipitable water values near 1.8 inches over the Brush Country. 
Region still under the influence of a broad upper level ridge
from the Gulf into northeast Mexico. But adequate moisture will
provide a least a slight chance of convection this afternoon over
the Brush Country. Modified PoPs to show slight chance west of a
line from Sarita to Tilden. No other changes made to forecast.

.MARINE...Adjusted wind speeds up slightly with more of a moderate
southeast flow over portions of the Gulf waters. Seas will remain
at moderate level of 3 to 4 feet over the Gulf.

.TIDES...Tide levels are running from 1.75 to 2.25 feet above
expected at this time nearing low tide along the southern coast.
Bay levels remain elevated as well being from 2 to 2.25 feet above
expected. Minor coastal flooding will persist for tonight and into
the weekend. No changes to current Coastal Flood Advisory.

AVIATION...

Removed the fog from KVCT terminal but included the MVFR CIGS at
KLRD for this morning, which they have seen already. Otherwise,
should be VFR with winds becoming SE in the afternoon. Better
chance for MVFR CIGS over the KALI and KLRD terminals after 06Z,
but not as much likely at KALI and KCRP. Could have some showers
late in the forecast at KCRP and KALI and did put a VCSH there. No
rain at KVCT, with a VCTS at KLRD for the late afternoon and
evening.
