Areas of dense fog will continue to develop south of the I-94 corridor early this morning, with particularly dense fog closer to the Ohio border. Visibilities will be reduced below a half of a mile at times, with localized areas below a quarter of a mile at times near the Ohio border. With temperatures around freezing, patchy black ice formation is also possible on roadways. Motorists should exercise caution if traveling this morning by keeping a safe distance in between vehicles and using low beam headlights. $$ IRL
