* At 800 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 15 nm east of Manitowoc to 15 nm east northeast of
Milwaukee, moving east at 30 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
