* At 245 PM EST...a strong thunderstorm was located 8 nm southwest
of Lakeport...moving northeast at 40 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to around 40 knots and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
* The strong thunderstorm will move over the open waters east of
Lakeport.
