ArcExplorer—Java Edition |
Use the steps outlined in Symbolizing layers to symbolize your data. Then use the Pan and Zoom tools so that the display in the map looks the way you want it to look on paper.
ArcExplorer provides a simple, 8 1/2 x 11-size map layout in landscape (horizontal) format.
1. Click the Print button.
2. If necessary, change the printer settings.
3. Click OK.
See Copying a map to a file for details on how you can save your map image to a JPEG file. Once the map is saved as an image, you can use it to design your own print layouts.
