.DISCUSSION...Excellent (90-100%) overnight humidity recoveries
this morning associated with an incoming system that will bring
increasing rain chances over the fire area through the day,
peaking between 1400 and 1700. However, minimal rain amounts are 
expected, staying below 0.05". Inversion breaks between 1000 and 
1100 today, returning tonight between 1900-2000 and dissipating by
1100 on Friday. Slight warming trend begins Friday with drier 
conditions early next week.
