High clouds will be moving in today into tonight.  Coverage likely to be 
more than 60 percent. Southeast wind today as our weak frontal
boundary is now north. Increasind speed in the afternoon with
gusts over 20 mph anticipated. Not as hot as Monday nor as low
humidity values due to in part increased sky cover.
