Synopsis for Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out to 60 nm

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure extending across the local waters 
retreats out to sea as a frontal system moves towards the Florida
peninsula early this weekend. The front is anticipated to stall 
late this weekend into early next week across the peninsula. 
Deteriorating boating conditions are anticipated as a result of 
Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 late this weekend into early next 
week, with mariners strongly encouraged to continue monitoring the
forecast.
