...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL SIOUX AND
SOUTHEASTERN GRANT COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM CDT/500 PM MDT/...
At 528 PM CDT/428 PM MDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from 6 miles south of Carson to
11 miles northwest of Mcintosh to 4 miles northwest of Watauga.
Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Morristown, Shields, Raleigh, St. Gertrude, Porcupine, Standing Rock,
and northwestern Standing Rock Nation.
