This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central...east
central...south central and southeast Colorado.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Snowfall will begin tonight over the higher terrain as a new storm
system moves into the area. Snowfall rates will be highest over the
San Juan Mountains, with less but still potentially impactful
snowfall over the Central Mountains.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Heavy snow is likely over the eastern San Juan Mountains on
Sunday, with lighter snow across the remaining mountains and
valleys. Snowfall then tapers off Sunday night, with storm total
accumulations approaching 2 feet over the peaks of the San Juans.
Snow will be much lighter elsewhere, with accumulations generally
under 4 inches over most of the high terrain.

Another weather system will bring snowfall to the mountains
beginning late Tuesday, with snow spreading across the entire
region Tuesday night and Wednesday. Significant snowfall will be
possible with this system across all of southern Colorado, with a
threat of blowing snow on the plains Wednesday afternoon.

After a brief break Thursday, still another weather system will
bring back snowfall chances to the region on Friday, continuing
into the weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather conditions that meet reporting criteria for spotters will
be possible over portions of the region tonight.
