Winds remain light tonight, before shifting to the south late 
Thursday morning out ahead of an area of low pressure. Wind gusts of 
around 20 mph are possible Thursday afternoon, as minimum relative 
humidity values drop to around 20 percent mainly west of the 
Missouri River (25 to 35 percent elsewhere). 

A cold front moves through the area Thursday night into Friday 
morning, leading to a wind shift to the north. Northerly winds may 
gust between 25 and 35 mph during the mid morning into the mid 
afternoon. Minimum relative humidities should range from 20 to 40 
percent from west to east across the area.
