A powerful storm system will impact the area late today through 
Monday morning, as strong to severe thunderstorms track across the 
area. This system will clear the area late Monday with a drying 
trend to follow, and cooler temperatures into mid week. A cold front 
will cross the coast late Thursday into early Friday.
