this morning, mainly east of the Mississippi River, then diminish
this afternoon. Temperatures will remain unseasonably cold today
with highs in the 30s and brisk northwest winds. Expect slight
improvement in temperatures on Sunday with highs in the 40s. Rain
and snow chances will return heading into Sunday night and Monday.
