* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7
  inches expected. Winds gusting to 30 mph at times will cause
  blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Generally along Interstate 94 from Beach through
  Dickinson, Bismarck, Steele and Jamestown.

* WHEN...Now until noon CST /11 AM MST/ Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Difficult travel. Areas of blowing and 
  drifting snow with reduced visibility. Dangerously cold wind 
  chills as low as 35 below zero.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather will
make travel difficult. Carry a winter survival kit if traveling.

  as 35 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...From Slope and Bowman counties in southwestern North
  Dakota eastward along the South Dakota border to La Moure and
  Dickey counties in the southern James River Valley of North
  Dakota.

* WHEN...From now until noon CST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery roads and areas of 
  blowing and drifting snow with reduced visibility. Dangerously 
  cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero.
