Tropical moisture will result in locally heavy rainfall across eastern areas. Flash flooding is possible due to rains of 1 to 4 inches, especially across Karnes, De Witt, and Lavaca counties where a Flash Flood Watch has been issued through Wednesday. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Tropical moisture lingers over our area through Thursday with an extended rain event. Rainfall totals will average less than 1 inch west of Highway 83, 1 to 3 inches along the I-35 corridor, and 4 to 6 inches in the Coastal Plains. Isolated totals in excess of 8 inches are possible over the Coastal Plains. Flash flooding is possible, especially across Karnes, De Witt, and Lavaca counties where a Flash Flood Watch has been issued through Wednesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
