.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
Broad low pres centered near 130W off the Pac NW coast will 
slowly drift toward the coast and dissipate through Sat. Smaller
low pres centers will rotate N along the immediate coast to 
bring periods of gusty winds. Another low may affect the waters 
Sun and early next week, but is uncertain. NW swell produced by 
the broad low will keep seas elevated through Sat morning.

.IN THE MAIN CHANNEL...Combined seas near 10 ft today and early
tonight, subsiding to 7 ft late tonight. However, seas will 
temporarily build to around 15 or 16 ft with breakers during 
the ebb around 5 AM this morning, to 15 ft with breakers during
the very strong ebb around 515 PM this afternoon, and to 10 or
11 ft during the strong ebb around 545 AM Sat morning.
