.DISCUSSION...
The storm system responsible for the showers and thunderstorms
earlier today (which once again missed the VERY dry northwest
parts of Oklahoma) is now pushing drier air into the region. An
area of weak high pressure will settle over Oklahoma overnight,
and this will result in generally clear skies with light winds.
The resulting wide open radiational cooling will probably result
in ground fog over much of the eastern 2/3 of Oklahoma and
adjacent parts of north Texas. In addition, weak moisture
advection may spread the possibility of fog into parts of western
Oklahoma.

After a couple of uneventful days Sunday and Monday, moisture
returns to north Texas and Oklahoma on Tuesday. Warm/moist
advection showers and possible thunderstorms will lead the way
early Tuesday, followed by a couple of days of (perhaps) more
robust convection through Wednesday evening.

Another relatively quiet period will follow as that storm system
departs to the east.
