.DISCUSSION...

Clouds will thicken and scattered rain and/or snow showers may 
arrive by later in the morning into the afternoon. Winds from the 
southwest early in the day will become gusty from the northwest by
mid-morning continuing into the evening. Minimum relative 
humidities Monday afternoon will be around 80% with good recovery 
Monday night.

Temperatures will be above freezing from 11 am to around 2 pm 
Monday. Observed frost depths of several inches have been reported
across the area, though local conditions may vary.
