Speeds will average 20 to 35 mph, with locations approaching central South Dakota possibly gusting up to 40 mph. Because of the winds, the grassland fire danger index will reach the high category, possibly very high in south central South Dakota. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
