  Osage County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Washington County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Northwestern Pawnee County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 300 PM CDT Wednesday

* At 855 AM CDT, trained weather spotters continued to report 
  flooding from the overnight rainfall across the warned area, 
  especially in parts of Washington County. 2 to 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen on top of already saturated soils.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
