skies, low elevation humidity dropping into the teens, and terrain
driven winds. Friday night, even though clouds are increasing, the
air near the surface will remain dry with increasing winds
overnight. Saturday the clouds thicken and the humidity will rise
in the afternoon. Saturday night will be wet and windy as a very
wet weather system impacts the fire for the rest of the weekend.
