Discussion: High pressure east of the Cascades will keep the forecast
area in a dry offshore flow for much of the week. A stable air mass
under an upper level ridge will favor the development of fog and
clouds in the inland valleys. The upper ridge begins to break down
this weekend and allows a front to move over the Pacific Northwest.
