    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Kerr Wildlife Management Area, Vance, Barksdale, Mountain
    Home, Harper, Prade Ranch and Devil's Sinkhole State Natural
    Area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

southeastern Val Verde Counties through 215 AM CDT...

At 128 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles south of Laughlin AFB, or 14 miles southeast of Del Rio, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Del Rio, Brackettville, Spofford, Standart, Alamo Village, Amanda,
Laughlin AFB, Escondido Estates, and Fort Clark Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL EDWARDS AND
SOUTHERN REAL COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 130 AM CDT...

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However small
