High pressure over the eastern states will supply the Keystone 
State with clear skies and dry conditions through the rest of the 
work week. River valley fog and frost are possible again tonight 
and Wednesday night, especially across portions of northern and 
western Pennsylvania.

High temperatures will remain above climatological averages, and 
be mainly in the 60s through the weekend. Low temperatures each 
night will be near to slightly below climatological averages, 
generally in the 30s to lower 40s.
