  and western north Texas.

* WINDS...West-southwest at 10-15 mph, with gusts to 25 mph. A
  wind shift (to a northerly wind) is expected to impact portions
  of central and western Oklahoma. 

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from near 30 percent in central
  Oklahoma to as low as 14 percent in southwest Oklahoma and
  western north Texas.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs between 105 to 113 degrees.

* TIMING...12 PM to 8 PM.

* SEVERITY...

   FUELS (ERC)...90th+ percentile...5 (out of 5).

   WEATHER...Elevated...1 (out of 5).

Outdoor burning and activities that cause open sparks or flames
