.DISCUSSION...Cooler temperatures and cloud cover will in place
today as a trough of low pressure begins to break down the ridge
of high pressure. The lowest RHs will likely occur this morning,
before gradually increasing this afternoon. A slight chance of 
showers exists today, but better chances develop this evening and 
overnight as a cold front moves through the region. Anticipate a 
wind shift this evening from south/southeast to southwest 
overnight. Showery and cool conditions will continue into Tuesday.
