Mostly warm and dry today, precipitation arrives Monday morning. 
The core of the moisture plume arrives Monday night through 
Tuesday morning, with CWRs near 70-80% both Monday night and 
Tuesday. Total rainfall accumulation forecast during this time is 
0.6". Winds Sunday and Monday are fairly light, while gusts up to 
20 mph become possible Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, mostly 
along ridgetops. Thunderstorms embedded in the showers are 
possible, which could produce locally heavy rainfall rates. 
Marginal risk for flash flooding due to excessive rainfall, 
especially on higher intensity burn scars.
